Course Detail: Meaningful Use and HITECH
This timely course will provide an overview of Meaningful Use and the HITECH Act, and a discussion and summary of the three stages of eligibility Criteria for Meaningful Use in order to receive incentive payments. In addition, providers will receive the most current information on overcoming the barriers and challenges to implementing EHR, including financial constraints, lack of interface between existing systems, and the aggressive timelines imposed to achieve the incentive payments as outlined in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA).
